Submit your phone-paid services and numbers
You need to log into your account to enter your phone-paid services and numbers.
Under the Code of Practice, you must register new services within two working days of a number becoming operational.
We use this information to provide our Number Checker service for consumers.
What details you need to submit
- your customer care phone number (this must be a non phone-paid service number)
- the name of the organisation running the service
- the name of the provider you contract with.
How to submit your details
