PSA publishes 2022/23 business plan and budget

The Phone-paid Services Authority (PSA) today publishes its business plan and budget for 2022/23. The plan and budget have been approved by Ofcom, following public consultation.

The business plan sets out our main priority for the year: delivering the new 15th Code of Practice, which comes into effect on 5 April 2022.

The PSA budget is £3,727,219, which represents a 5% saving in cash terms and 12% saving in real terms.
