PhonepayPlus has published an adjudication by Consent order (“Consent Order”) relating to The Mobile Generation I.B.V. The case was raised by PhonepayPlus following receipt of complaints in relation to competition subscription services. Following discussions between PhonepayPlus and The Mobile Generation I.B.V it was agreed that, in the circumstances of the case, it was not in the interest of the parties to pursue the matters further and it was thereby settled according to the terms set out in the Consent Order and in accordance with paragraph 3.16(d) of Annex 2 of the Code.
