Prohibitions
Our Tribunal has the power to impose sanctions on non-compliant providers and associated individuals where it finds that breaches of our Code have occurred following an investigation under our Track 2 procedure. This can include prohibiting (or 'barring’) a provider or individual from the market for lengthy periods.
Prohibitions are generally the most serious sanctions available to the Tribunal and in the interests of transparency we publish a list of all providers and individuals that are subject to a prohibition.
This is a list of all providers and associated individuals currently prohibited from involvement in the phone-paid services market.
- Providers with services suspended by the Phone-paid Services Authority for non-compliance
- Providers subject to further sanctions by a Tribunal (excluding prohibitions1) for non-compliance
- Providers prohibited from involvement in phone-paid services by a Tribunal
- Associated individuals prohibited from involvement in phone-paid services by a Tribunal
