PSA annual report

The Phone-Paid Services Authority (PSA) has issued its annual report for the 2017/18 financial year.
The report details another succesful year regulating the phone-paid services market.
Complaints about phone-paid services have come down significantly since 2016/17, in part thanks to action taken by the regulator.
The report details action taken by PSA to further our vision of a healthy and innovative market in which consumers can charge content, goods and services to their phone bill with confidence.
It also contains valuable statistics, market insights and updates on our rules and how they are being applied.
