The PSA is hosting a workshop on consumer experiences of refunds in the phone-paid market. We recently published research conducted for us by Futuresight that looked at attitudes and experiences of refunds for phone-paid services, this research will support our policy development into improving the consumer experience of refunds. This workshop is to present our initial thinking and to get your feedback as part of an ongoing dialogue.
Places are limited, and we will be accepting reservations on a first come, first served basis until close of business on Wednesday 25 September. Due to demand and space constraints, we can only accommodate one participant per organisation. If there is more demand than we can accommodate, we will place you on a waiting list.
