PhonepayPlus welcomes new Director of Corporate Services and Operations

As Director of Corporate Services and Operations Peter’s broad role will be to deliver the organisation’s support services and operational plans, and provide effective leadership to corporate and operational teams, including finance, business systems, human resources, and customer services. As well as having responsibility across the corporate functions of PhonepayPlus, Peter will act as Company Secretary overseeing all governance and compliance matters, and report to the Board and Audit, Risk and Governance Committee.

Peter joins PhonepayPlus with over 25 years of financial and corporate leadership  experience, most recently at The Reading Agency, where he was for 5 years, and previously at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Prudential. During his time at The Reading Agency, Peter held joint responsibility for the delivery of the charity’s strategy and priority objectives and was in charge of governance and financial reporting. Other responsibilities included overseeing stakeholder management and customer care. Peter is a qualified management accountant and a trustee of three high profile arts organisations.
