The report looks at who uses PRS and why, what they like about services and what they do not like.

Last year we published our annual market review, which surveyed a demographically representative sample of PRS users. The PRS Consumer report explores the data further and provides the industry and PhonepayPlus insight into what attracts consumers to PRS and what drives them away.
