PSA publishes Terms of Reference for the review of its Code of Practice
The Phone-paid Services Authority (PSA) is undertaking a comprehensive review of its regulatory approach, following the recent introduction of its new strategic purpose.
The review of the PSA Code of Practice will be wide-ranging and include areas such as:

the PSA’s powers
-
consumer refunds and redress
-
standards for the market.
It’s expected a new Code of Practice will be introduced in 2021.
