Moblix Media - Voucher alert service
We are aware of an issue on the Moblix Media service that affected large numbers of consumers over the weekend. This issue is now being investigated.
It has been reported to us that there was a technical failure, where chargeable text messages were sent out to a large number of consumers.
Consumers may contact the provider on 0203 291 3904 or customer.service@freeb.me.
It has been reported to us that affected customers will be refunded for any charges via their mobile network operator.
