PSA consults on guidance to support Code 15
The Phone-paid Services Authority (PSA) is consulting on new guidance that supports some of the new Standards and Requirements that will be introduced by Code 15.
The new guidance is intentionally shorter and simpler than current guidance. It is intended to support compliance with the Code rather than add complexity.
We are proposing seven pieces of guidance that will support the Transparency, Fairness, Customer care, Vulnerable consumers, DDRAC, Systems Standards and service-specific Requirement 3.13.3.
The closing date for this consultation is 22 December 2021. The PSA welcomes all views and will carefully consider all responses and other input it receives.
