COVID-19 update from the PSA

Following the Government’s latest Covid-19 advice, all PSA staff will be working remotely until further notice. Our core regulatory functions, including our call centre, service assessment, compliance advice service, monitoring and investigatory functions, will all continue to operate.

We understand that the current pandemic may present you with some challenges.

Should you have queries about compliance or wish to discuss a service issue, please continue to email our compliance and industry support team via compliance@psauthority.org.uk. We will continue to aim to respond to all queries within 5 working days.

Registration queries should be directed towards registration@psauthority.org.uk. We aim to respond to any query within 2 working days.

Our direct dial telephone numbers will also continue to operate.

All communications relating to an investigation, enforcement process or request for information will remain with the relevant team.

If you have any face to face meetings scheduled with us, we will be in touch to host these remotely.

Likewise, we will be organising virtual meetings in support of our ongoing policy work, including Code 15.
