Consultation on our new Code of Practice, Code 15

We will be formally consulting on this draft Code until 5 July.

The purpose of this consultation document is to set out the context to the draft Code of Practice and our proposals, and to seek feedback and comments from consumers, industry and other stakeholders on these. We want to ensure that our decisions are based on a sound understanding and accurate assessment of all available information and evidence and informed by stakeholder input. 

The Code 15 consultation document is here. It includes our proposals for the Code, the rationale for the changes we are proposing, and our assessment of the impact of these. The draft Code is here

We will be formally consulting on this document until 5 July 2021. We welcome all views and will carefully consider all responses and other input we receive.
