Fresh Start. We’re launching our new Blog
Welcome to the new Blog section of PhonepayPlus' website. My aim through this blog is to provide an informal place where we can talk directly and openly with our colleagues in the premium rate services industry and consumers about issues that matter to us.
At PhonepayPlus we welcome communication at all levels, whether quick questions and suggestions or more detailed feedback on how we can all work together to support innovation in the market and to protect consumers.
On that note, I’d like to remind industry members of the forum that will take place on November 20th 2014 in central London and to point you in the direction of our new Annual Report.
This blog will be updated regularly with a wide array of posts, ranging from news in the industry, best practice, legislation and developments to the latest consumer advice and research, new products (e.g. in-app billing), market innovations and expert advice from our team and our guest bloggers.
We would really like to hear from you so please post your thoughts and ideas and let’s get a dialogue going.
