Our new website
As you might have noted already we have relaunched our PhonepayPlus website. The relaunch of our website is part of the changes PhonepayPlus is making to improve our regulatory framework. In recognition of a changing market and a changing Code of Practice, our communications have also improved.
In addition to regular blog updates, refreshed emails and networking events, our new website reflects better how we are liaising and engaging with both consumers and the industry. Having listened to your recommendations and requests in terms of consumer advice and the consumer journey on the website, the For Consumers pages have been designed to educate consumers on premium rate services, how to use them confidently and how to find help when in need. Plenty of customer service information is now available throughout these pages (especially on the FAQs and Solutions centre pages) that consumers will be able to find the answers for themselves. We have also re-organised the content for business to ensure it is accessible and easy to navigate to enable business to operate with confidence.
