Last week we received the Silver accreditation from Investors in People, an official status that confirms our hard work in being a credible and trusted employer and regulator.
We are very proud to announce that last week we received the Silver accreditation from Investors in People, an official status that confirms our hard work in being a credible and trusted employer and regulator.
The Investors in People accreditation shows that we take pride in developing our staff and understand the importance of good people management. Only 6% of Investors in People accredited organisations achieve the Silver accreditation.
Following a thorough assessment of our company’s performance and management of people in various areas of the business, we were awarded the Silver level. This was a significant leap from the Bronze we have been given for the past 16 years.

A significant push in receiving the silver was given by our Cultural Shift program that we launched earlier this year. The program enabled a new style and strategy for PhonepayPlus and a refreshed set of values that will have a beneficial impact not only on our staff and organisation as a whole, but also on industry and consumers.
