Sign up for the Code of Practice Part IV review seminar

PhonepayPlus published the draft 13th Code of Practice at the end of March this year. In the Statement that accompanied the submission of the draft 13th Code before the European Comission, we set out a further commitment in light of responses to the Code consultation to embark on a review of the investigations, adjudications and sanction procedures that make up Part IV of the Code.

PhonepayPlus commenced this review in April and having developed our initial thoughts we would like to invite you to a seminar to discuss these and inform further development.

The seminar will take place at the PhonepayPlus office on Wednesday the 22nd of July 2015, it will commence at 2pm and last approximately 2 hours.
