Notice to Industry Administrative charges update

PhonepayPlus today announces its decision to maintain the current administrative charges levels until a comprehensive review of methodology for setting the charges has been carried out in discussion with the Industry Liaison Panel.
PhonepayPlus’ intention to undertake this work, as well as the current arrangements, are described in our Administrative charges from 1 April 2012 notice. Please note there have been published updates to this notice, in particular concerning PhonepayPlus’ VAT status. These charges will apply to cases opened on, or after, 1 April 2013 until a further announcement.
