PhonepayPlus' consumer contact number is changing
The consumer contact number for PhonepayPlus, the UK’s premium rate and phone-paid services regulator, is changing on Monday 16th November 2015. The existing 0800 500 212 number will be replaced by 0300 30 300 20.
If you are referring members of the public to PhonepayPlus and how to contact us, please use our new 0300 number from Monday 16th November 2015.
The existing 0800 number will have a message directing consumers to dial the new 0300 30 300 20 number for a limited period of time to ease the transition.
This brings PhonepayPlus' contact number in line with public bodies and government departments' standard practice.
