The PSA publishes Annual report for 2022/23
The PSA has published its Annual report for the 2022/23 financial year, which details the PSA’s activities regulating the phone-paid services market.
In 2022/23 we embedded the 15th Code of Practice, supported the transition of regulation to Ofcom, brought five cases to Tribunal who issued £1.9m worth of fines and saw the number of consumer complaints fall to the lowest level recorded.
