Consultation on new Special conditions for Directory Enquiry Services

We are consulting on introducing two new Special conditions for Directory Enquiry services. This follows a review of the sector that we launched alongside Ofcom in May last year. The consultation closed on 22 August 2018. A full statement and the responses to the consultation were published on 28 November 2018. New Special conditions will come into effect on 4th February 2019.
