Futuresight research on refunds

Consumer market research was required to assist the PSA in better understanding consumer expectations and experiences when seeking a refund in the phone-paid services market.

The research looked at attitudes and experiences of refunds for phone-paid services and was conducted using a mixture of quantitative and qualitative methods.
