PSA bans Ian Conway from the market for six years
The Phone-paid Services Authority (PSA) has banned Ian Conway from the premium rate services market for six years.
The Tribunal found that Mr Conway was an associated individual and knowingly involved in a series of breaches of the Code by Numbers Plus Ltd. Numbers Plus Ltd was subject to a previous adjudication.
