Summary

The case was brought against Circle Marketing Ltd as a result of its failure to pay a fine of £130,000, the associated administrative charge or comply with a refund sanction imposed by the Tribunal of 27 November 2014. The Tribunal upheld a further two breaches of the Code in relation to the Level 2 provider’s non-compliance with the sanctions imposed and its failure to make payment of the administrative charge.
