| Summary | PhonepayPlus has published an adjudication by Consent order (“Consent Order”) relating to the provider, NumberGrp Network Communications (Ireland) Limited. The case was raised by PhonepayPlus following receipt of complaints in relation to a directory enquiry service operated by the provider. Following discussions between PhonepayPlus and the provider it was agreed that, in the circumstances of the case, it was not in the interest of the parties to pursue the matters further through to an oral hearing and it was thereby settled according to the terms set out in the Consent Order and in accordance with paragraph 3.16(d) of Annex 2 of the Code. |
