Compliance updates

Under the Code of Practice we have the ability to, from time to time, issue and/or amend non-binding compliance advice concerning any provisions of the Code. This is set out at paragraphs 1.5.1 to 1.5.4 of the Code on the status of Guidance and advice in relation to the Code. These ‘Compliance Updates’ (which are listed below) should be considered when determining whether your services (or your clients’ services) are compliant with the Code.
