Webinar: Consumer input to Code 15
We’re developing our next regulatory framework, Code 15 and we would like your help. We're holding an online webinar for interested consumers and consumer organisations to seek input on Code 15.
Our Code review is a comprehensive review of our regulatory approach to meet the needs and expectations of consumers and be fit for a changed market.
We want our new Code:
- to have clear and improved standards in the market to meet consumers’ expectations
- to focus on prevention of harm so as to build trust and confidence in phone paid services
- to be simpler to comply with for industry.
Consumer views are critical in helping us achieve our aim. The webinar will take you through our objectives and the changes we are considering.
