Summary	An adult video subscription service provided by the Level 2 provider Golden Brand Inc (“the Level 2 provider”) was the subject of a previous Tribunal adjudication on 26 May 2016 (case reference 85964). The Executive raised the following potential breach of the PSA Code of Practice (14^th Edition): Paragraph 4.8.6(b) – Failure to comply with a sanction The Tribunal upheld the breach, finding that the Level 2 provider had failed to comply with one of the sanctions imposed by the previous Tribunal, namely a requirement to refund all users of the service. The Tribunal imposed a formal reprimand and a prohibition on the provider for a period of 5 years.
